Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá popisem a způsobem biotransformace nejčastěji se vyskytujících mykotoxinů. V práci je zahrnut popis jednotlivých mykotoxinů, jejich výskyt v přírodě, onemocnění, které jsou schopné vyvolat. V další části je uveden způsob jejich degradace ze surovin určených k dalšímu zpracování a to fyzikální a chemickou cestou a biotransformace pomocí enzymů či adsorpce za využití mikroorganismů …moreAbstract:
The bachelor´s thesis deals with the description and method of biotransformation of the most common mycotoxins. The work includes a description of individual mycotoxins, their occurrence in nature, diseases that they are able to cause.
