Splnenie ako dôvod zániku obchodných a občianskych záväzkov

Performance as a reason for discharge of commercial and civil obligations
Abstract:
Bachelor thesis is focused on pointing out the importance of fulfilling commitments in commercial and civil relations. The first chapter defines the commercial and civil obligations. The second chapter describes the fulfillment by Slovak Civil Code. The third chapter describes the fulfillment by Slovak Commercial Code. The fourth chapter deals with the fulfillment of the Czech legislation.
Abstract:
Bakalárska práca je zameraná na poukázanie významu splnenia záväzkov v obchodných a v občianskych vzťahoch. Prvá kapitola vymedzuje obchodné a občianske záväzky. Druhá kapitola opisuje splnenie podľa slovenského Občianskeho zákonníka. Tretie kapitola opisuje splnenie podľa slovenského Obchodného zákonníka. Štvrtá kapitola sa zaoberá splnením v českej právnej úprave.
