Abstract:
V bakalářské práci jsem se zabývala využitím radiodiagnostických metod v urgentní medicíně. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části jsou stručně popsány jednotlivé modality radiodiagnostických zobrazovacích metod, v praktické části jsem se zaměřila na srovnání senzitivity ultrazvuku s CT v diagnostice poranění hrudníku a břicha. Abstract:
In this bachelor thesis I dealt with the diagnostic radiology in emergency medicine. I have divided this thesis into theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part the imaging modalities were described, in its practical part I have determined the sensitivity of ultrasound in abdominal and thoracic trauma compared to CT. I have compared my results with other authors in the discussion.
