The proposal of the rationalization of production processes in selected engineering company
Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá řízením výroby ve firmě PTL Progres s.r.o. Cílem práce je zmapovat stav řízení výroby a navrhnout zlepšení interních procesů. Práce se ve své teoretické části soustřeďuje zejména na analýzu současného stavu. V praktické části je zpracován návrh na zlepšení situace z pohledu praxe.
Abstract:
The thesis deals with the management of production in the company PTL Progres s.r.o. The aim is to map out the state control of production and design improvement of internal processes. Work is in its theoretical part concentrates on the analysis of the status quo. In the practical part is a proposal to improve the situation in terms of practice.
