Abstract:
První část bakalářské práce se zabývá teoretickým vymezením problematiky obsazování pozic podle pohlaví. Následná analýza a syntéza porovnává možnosti uplatnění žen a mužů ve vybraných společnostech vybraných odvětví. V závěru práce jsou shrnuty výsledky výzkumu a vydefinována případná řešení problematiky gender.
Abstract:
First part of the bachelor thesis deals with theoretical definition of problems related with employing people according to their gender. The theory is followed by an analysis and a synthesis where the author compares possibilities of employment for men and women in selected companies of selected sectors.
