Tato diplomová práce je věnována institutům neplatnosti a neúčinnosti právních jednání. Práce podává obecný výklad dané problematiky ve světle současné právní úpravy, s upozorněním na problematická místa a změny oproti minulé úpravě. This diploma thesis analyses the invalidity and ineffectiveness of legal acts. It explains these institutes in general, points to some questionable areas and gives the comparison with the antecedent legislation.
