Práce se zabývá problematikou ochrany spotřebitele s bližším zaměřením na spotřebitele v pozici turisty. Jsou uvedeny prameny práva vztahující se k této oblasti, historie a také praktický pohled na tuto problematiku.
Abstract:
This document is about protection of consumers, especially consumers as tourists. It´s included in this document history of consumer protection, legal enactments and practical examples.
