Tato diplomová práce se zabývá motivačními faktory zaměstnanců ve vybrané společnosti. V teoretické části jsou shrnuty odborné pojmy potřebné pro dostatečnou znalost tohoto tématu. This diploma thesis deals with the motivational factors of employees in a selected company. The theoretical part summarizes the scientific concepts needed for sufficient knowledge of this topic.
