Bakalářská práce se zabývá bezúplatnými příjmy, zejména dědictvím a darováním. V souvislosti s rekodifikací soukromého práva proběhla v roce 2014 inkorporace daně dědické a darovací do daně z příjmů. První část práce se zabývá historií bezúplatných příjmů na území České republiky a vývojem daňového systému s důrazem na majetkové a důchodové daně. The bachelor thesis focuses on income arising from inheritance and received gifts. In connection with the recodification of the civil law in 2014 the inheritance and gift taxes were incorporated into income taxes.
