Analysis of the evaluation and employees renumeration systems of E.ON Czech Republic, Ltd.
Abstract:
Cílem diplomové práce je provedení analýzy systému hodnocení a odměňování zaměstnanců společnosti E.ON. Dále rozbor vnímání bonusového systému z pohledu zaměstnance. Na základě vyhodnocených dat navrhnu společnosti E.ON případné inovace hodnotícího a bonusového systému.
Abstract:
The aim of this thesis is to analyze the evaluation and employees rewards programe of E.ON This analysis will derive from the employees perspective regarding the bonus system. Based on the evaluation of this data a potential improvement of the bonus system may be suggested to E.ON.
