Effect of Tool Cutting Surface Quality on the Machining Process
Abstract:
Diplomová práce se zabývá zkoumáním a měřením vlivů rozdílné drsnosti vyměnitelných břitových destiček určených pro soustružení kovových materiálů. Hlavním cílem práce je změnit jakost vyměnitelných břitových destiček a následně změřit vliv rozdílné drsnosti na vybrané parametry soustružení. Práce prokazuje, že drsnost vyměnitelných břitů má vliv na řezný proces.
Abstract:
The thesis deals with the investigation and measurement of the effects of different roughness of replaceable cutting edges for turning metal materials. The main objective of the thesis is to change the quality of the replaceable cutting edges and then to measure the effect of different roughness on selected turning parameters.
