Cooperative control of multiagent system

Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se zaměřuje na kooperativní řízení multiagentních systémů, zvláště na úlohy rozdělení agentů do formací a jejich následné udržování v čase. Dále práce obsahuje seznámení s koncepty grafové teorie a jejich vliv na topologii a řízení multiagentních systémů. Je zde také vysvětlen a použit konsensus protokol pro různé topologie komunikační sítě. V práci jsou popsány různé způsoby řízení multiagentních systémů, kdy je využit Laplacián a dále jsou zavedeny a ukázány způsoby řízení s virtuálním nebo externím leadrem. Následně je zpracováno rozdělení agentů do předem definovaných formací. V těchto formacích jsou zahrnuty útvary jako je trojúhelník, čtverec, hexagon a finálně oktagon, přičemž nejprve systémy dosáhnou konsensu a teprve poté jsou rozděleny do formací, ve kterých jsou následně v čase udržovány. Jako rozšíření těchto úkonů je v práci zahrnuta změna formace v čase z oktagonu do čtyřcípé hvězdy. U všech příkladů jsou diskutovány hlavní vlivy, které ovlivňují chování jednotlivých systémů.

Abstract:

This bachelor's thesis focuses on cooperative control of multi-agent systems, particularly on the tasks of agent allocation into formations and their subsequent maintenance over time. Furthermore, the thesis includes an introduction to graph theory concepts and their impact on the topology and control of multi-agent systems. Additionally, a consensus protocol for different communication network topologies is explained and applied. The thesis describes various methods of controlling multi-agent systems, utilizing the Laplacian, and introduces ways of controlling with a virtual or external leader. Subsequently, the allocation of agents into predefined formations is addressed. These formations include shapes such as triangles, squares, hexagons, and ultimately octagons, where the systems first achieve consensus before being divided into formations and subsequently maintained over time. As an extension of these tasks, the thesis incorporates a time-varying formation change from an octagon to a four-pointed star. The main influences affecting the behavior of individual systems are discussed for all examples.
