Diplomová práce se zabývá úlohou Probační a mediační služby České republiky na resocializaci mladistvých delikventů do společnosti. The thesis discusses the role of the Probation and Mediation Service of the Czech Republic for resocialization of juvenile delinquents into society. The aim of this work is to answer two research-questions: does the family environment affect juvenile delinquency and to what degree, has the probation resocialization program helped clients in commitment to the next stage of their life.
