Tato diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou současné finanční krize. Celá práce je primárně členěna do pěti částí. První kapitola charakterizuje bankovní systém zemí EU. This diploma thesis studies the problems of the current financial crisis. The whole work is primarily divided into five parts. The first chapter describes banking system in EU. The second part is focused on development in European banking regulation before crisis and at the same time represents the most important trends in banks of EU.
