Abstract:
Tato práce se zabývá ukrajinskými dělníky, kteří migrují do České republiky za prací. V předkládané práci přiblížím nejúčinnější prostředek, díky kterému se dělníci začleňují na trh práce. Jedná se o klientský systém. Cílem mého výzkumu bylo zjistit, jakým způsobem tento systém funguje. Výzkum založený na polostrukturovaných rozhovorech byl uskutečněn v obci Opatovice nad Labem.
Abstract:
This work deals with Ukrainian workers who migrate to the Czech Republic for the work. I work in the present the most effective means, which incorporate workers into the labour market. This is the client system. The aim of my research was to find out how this system works. Research based on semi-structured interviews were made in the municipality of Opatovice nad Labem.
