Abstract:
Diplomová práca na tému: Právo na život. Eutanazie jako právní problém? je orientovaná na analýzu diskusie k problému eutanázie,charakteristiku právnej úpravy eutanázie a možnosťou alternatívneho riešenia problému trpiacich v podobe paliatívnej starostlivosti.
Abstract:
My work deals with euthanasia as a part of right for life, its legal aspects, that interfere in many branches of law-system and to the lenitive care as the substitute for euthanasia.
