Abstract:

BOUŠÍ, Eva, DiS. Porovnání soběstačnosti u pacientů po operaci varixů dolních končetin za použití metody klasické a radiofrekvenční ablace. Vysoká škola zdravotnická o. p. s. Stupeň kvalifikace: Bakalář (Bc.). Vedoucí práce: doc., PhDr. Anna Mazalánová, Ph.D., MPH, RS. Praha. 2020. 80s. Tématem této bakalářské práce je onemocnění dolních končetin, zaměřující se na onemocnění varixů. Snažíme se porovnat pacienty a jejich soběstačnost, kteří podstoupili operaci varixů dolních končetin, a to za použití metody klasické či radiofrekvenční ablace. V teoretické části se zaměřujeme na onemocnění varixů, včetně pokrokové diagnostiky a v neposlední řadě různých druhů léčby. Zabýváme se především chirurgickým řešením, a to metodou klasickou a radiofrekvenční ablací. Dále také je v této práci uvedena perioperační péče o pacienty, kteří se rozhodli podstoupit jednu z metod a jejich možných komplikací. Samotnou kapitolou je v této práci zmíněna sebepéče a soběstačnost pacienta po operaci varixů. Kde se zmiňujeme o možných způsobů hodnocení a pomocných modelů pro získání zhodnocení stavu a utvoření ošetřovatelské péče u pacienta v oblasti soběstačnosti a sebepéče. Menší kapitolou je zde role sestry v péči o pacienta po operaci varixů dolních končetin. Další menší kapitolou je ošetřovatelská péče o pacienta s varixy, podle modelu „Fungujícího zdraví“ dle Marjor Gordon. Praktická část je zaměřena na průzkum vedený u pacientů po operaci varixů, kteří se podrobili buďto klasické operaci nebo zvolili radiofrekvenční ablaci. Práce hodnotí a porovnává jejich soběstačnost po operaci varixů, zda jim byly poskytnuty a zda rozumí informacím ohledně operace. Zjišťuje, z jakého důvodu si pacienti zvolili klasickou či radiofrekvenční metodu, za jak dlouho vstali po operaci a co jim například bránilo po operaci v pohybu. Výsledky průzkumu jsou přehledně znázorněny v tabulkách a grafech.

The topic of this Bachelor’s Thesis is the lower limbs ‘illness– the author is focusing on specific illness called the Varices Illness. The aim of the Bachelor’s Thesis is to compare patients and their self-sufficiency after undergoing of the Varices Surgery of lower limbs using the classical and radio-frequency method of ablation. The theoretical part of the Thesis deals with varices ‘illnesses in general including the progressive diagnosis and last but not least various methods of medical treatments. Primarily the Thesis addresses to the surgical resolution using classical and radio-frequency method of ablation. Furthermore, the Thesis deals with the topic of perioperative (preoperative, intraoperative and postoperative) treatment of patients who decided to undergo one of the methods of surgery and its possible comprehensive complications. The separate chapter of the Thesis occupies with self-care and self-sufficiency of the patient recovering after the Varices Surgery. In this chapter the author mentions possible ways of evaluation and also helpful models of gaining the evaluation of the patient’s state and nursing treatment in the sphere of self-sufficiency and self-care. Another smaller chapter of the Thesis is the role of the nurse in treatment of patient recovering after the Varices Surgery of lower limbs. Next small chapter of the Thesis is dealing with nursing care to the patient suffering from varices following the Marjory Gordon ‘s "Model of Functional Health Patterns". The practical part of the Thesis focuses on survey that has been led in the group of patients who have undergone the Varices Surgery and who have submitted to either classical or radio-frequency method of ablation. The Thesis evaluates and compares the patients ‘self-sufficiency after undergoing the Varices Surgery; it assesses their familiarity with all information concerning the Surgery — whether the patients were provided all information and whether they have understood them. The Thesis compares the reasons of patients ‘choice of either classical or radio-frequency method; it compares the period following after surgery when patients were able to get up from the bed; it also mentions examples of obstacles that have prevented them from motion and physical activity. The outcomes of the survey are clearly depicted in tables and graphs.
