Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá především dokumentem Bezpečnostní strategie České republiky, dále se zabývá obsahem a vývojem jednotlivých bezpečnostních strategií až k současné. Tyto strategie jsou důkladně analyzovány a popsány. Rovněž jsou okrajově popsány bezpečnostními dokumenty před první bezpečnostní strategií a pandemický plán. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části.
