Cyklin-dependentní kinázy jsou skupinou evolučně velmi konzervovaných proteinů, jež jsou nezbytnými regulátory buněčného cyklu, transkripce, ko-transkripčních úprav, vývoje organismu nebo buněčné smrti. Cyclin-dependent kinases are a family of well conserved proteins, that are essential regulators of the cell cycle, transcription, co-transcriptional processing, organism development or cell death.
