Abstract:

Abstrakt Téma mojí bakalářské práce s názvem Zvláštnosti dokazování v procesu vyšetřování s využitím kriminalisticko-taktických metod. Jedná se o vyšetřovací aktivity a metody, které se používají k vyhledávání důležitých okolností objasňujících spáchání trestného činu. Vyšetřovatelům pomáhají najít nové důkazy ve vyšetřované události. Jedná se o konfrontaci, rekognici, vyšetřovací pokus, rekonstrukci a prověrku na místě.

Abstract:

Abstract The topis of my Bachelor's thesis is The special ways of evidence of investigation with use the criminal-tactic methods. Basically, it consist of investigation activities and methods which are used for finding out important circumstances to clarify the facts of criminal conduct. It can help to find new evidence of specify the evidence, which the criminologist has already had in a criminal case. It concerns confrontation, recognition, investigation attempt, reconstruction and investigating of trial.
