Abstract:
Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na flexibilní formy zaměstnávání. Její teoretická část popisuje hlavní typy flexibilních forem, které aktivně využívají administrativní pracovníci. Práce vyhodnocuje jejich výhody a nevýhody z pohledu zaměstnavatele a zaměstnance. Jejím účelem je porozumění těmto formám, vyhodnocení jejich vlivu na zaměstnavatele a zaměstnance a porovnání jejich názorů a pohledů. Praktická …more

The bachelor thesis focuses on flexible forms of employment. The theoretical part describes the main types of flexible forms that are actively used by administrative workers. The thesis evaluates their advantages and disadvantages from the perspective of both the employer and employee.
