A Psychological Analysis of Expressions of Violence

Abstract:

Diplomová práce se zabývá vymezením otázek spojených s psychologickou analýzou projevů násilí se zaměřením na projevy násilí na pracovišti, kterými jsou mobbing a bossing. Cílem diplomové práce je analýza podstaty a projevů násilí, včetně agrese, manipulace, vnitřních a interpersonálních konfliktů; vymezení psychologických prostředků a metod k identifikaci, řešení a likvidaci následků násilného jednání, popis obranných strategií. Praktická část je realizována pomocí dotazníkového šetření, kde jsou zkoumány konkrétní projevy násilí na pracovišti a způsoby reakce obětí na tyto situace. Data jsou statisticky vyhodnocena a zpracována do grafů a tabulek. Práce je zakončena návrhem obranných strategií a doporučeními pro praxi.

Abstract:

This thesis deals with definition of issues related to psychological analysis of violence, focusing on the manifestation of violence at the workplace, which are mobbing and bossing. The aim of the thesis is to analyse essence and manifestation of violence, including aggression, manipulation, internal and interpersonal conflicts. Definition of psychological means and methods for identification, solution and elimination of violent behavior, description of defense strategies. The practical part is realized through a questionnare survey, which examines concrete manifestatiton of violence at the workplace and ways of responding victims to these situations. The data are statistically evaluated and processed into charts and tables. The thesis is completed with a proposal of defensive strategies and reccomendations for a practice.
