Abstract:
Předmětem bakalářské práce „Dražby a aukce nemovitostí“ je zanalyzování trhu dražeb a aukcí nemovitostí. Práce se si klade za cíl vysvětlení a přiblížení pojmů „dražba“ a „aukce“. Jejich charakteristiku, historický vývoj, legislativní rámec a porovnání popisuje první část. Druhá kapitola obsahuje informace o současném trhu dražeb a aukcí. The subject of the bachelor thesis „Real Estate Sales and Auctions“ is analyzing of the market of real estate sales and auctions.
