Voltametric determination of antioxidants in biofuel with gold electrode
Abstract:
Byla vypracována voltametrická metoda na stanovení antioxidantů - BHT, vitamín E. Anodická oxidace byla prováděna metodou DC v rozsahu potenciálů 0-1250 mV pro daný elektrodový systém - indikační zlatá elektroda, referentní argentchloridová elektroda, platinová elektroda. Metoda byla aplikována na praktické vzorky MEŘO.
Abstract:
Voltammetric method was developed for the determination of antioxidants - BHT, vitamin E. Anodizing was carried out using DC potentials in the range of 0-1250 mV for the electrode system - indicating gold electrode, Referent Ag/AgCl electrode, platinum electrode. The method has been applied to practical samples of the RME.
