Information system for the organization of after-school-care and leisure activities in primary school

Abstract:

Cílem práce je navrhnout a implementovat webovou aplikaci sloužící pro správu kroužků a družin. Aplikace má být vytvořena za účelem sjednocení kontroly mimovýukových aktivit konkrétní brněnské základní školy. Systém je implementován ve frameworku Spring jazyka Java. Součástí práce je kompletní implementace. Písemná část práce provází celým vývojem systému a je rozdělena do pěti částí. V první části se seznámíme se zákazníkem a shrneme si řešený problém. V druhé části si projdeme návrhový proces aplikace. Ve třetí části si popíšeme motivy a přednosti hlavních technologií použitých při vývoji. Na závěr práce se podíváme na některé konkrétní implementační body a na proces nasazení aplikace.

Abstract:

The aim of the work is to design and implement a web application for the organization of after-school-care and leisure activities. The application should be created in order to unify the control of extracurricular activities of a particular primary school in Brno. The system is implemented in the Java language's Spring framework. Full implementation is part of this work. The written part of the work follows the whole development of the system and is divided into five parts. In the first part we meet the customer and summarize the solved problem. In the second part we go over the design process of the application. In the third part we describe the motives and merits of main technologies used in development. At the end of the work, we will look at some specific implementation points and application deployment process.
