Abstract:
Bakalářská práce si klade za cíl poukázat na některé způsoby obcházení agenturního zaměstnávání. Jednotlivé kapitoly se zaměřují na definici agenturního zaměstnání, využívání smlouvy o dílo v rámci zastřeného agenturního zaměstnávání, navazující dočasné přidělení jako možnost obcházení odvodu zdravotního a sociálního pojištění a jeho srovnání se zastřeným agenturním zaměstnáváním.
