Diplomová práce se ve své teoretické části zabývá sociální deviací, protiprávním jednáním a pojmy s těmito jevy souvisejícími. This thesis is in the first teoretical part focuses on social deviation, lawless behaviour and terms which are connected to these phenomenons. In the second practila part is the teoretical one applies to conrete cases of social deviation, in this case commercial sexual abuse of children in three parts, child prostitution, child pornohraphy and trafficking of children.
