Diplomová práce se zabývá vztahem národní a organizační kultury ve vybrané multikulturní organizaci. The main topic of this master thesis is the relationship between national and corporate culture at the multicultural case study company. Such a working environment brings some benefits, but also inconvenciences, because people with cultural differences meet there.
