Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou personálních činností ve vybraném podniku. Pomocí metody syntézy je pak provedeno shrnutí zjištěných poznatků a v případě zjištěných nedostatků jsou navržena možná opatření k realizaci.
Abstract:
This diploma thesis deals with the analysis of personnel activities in the selected company. A summary of the findings is then carried out using the synthesis method and, in the event of identified deficiencies, possible measures for implementation are proposed.
