Tato bakalářské práce s názvem "Trestné činy proti úředním osobám" se zabývá pojmem úřední osoba, rozborem podmínek souvisejících s úřední osobou, a konkrétními trestnými činy, které směřují proti úředním osobám.
Abstract:
This thesis entitled „Crimes against Officials“ deals with the concept of the official, the analysation of the conditions associated with officials and specific crimes directed against them.
