Abstract:

Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na osobu krizového interventa Policie ČR v systému psychologické pomoci obětem trestné činnosti a obětem mimořádných událostí. V úvodní kapitole teoretické části práce je vymezen systém psychologické pomoci obětem trestné činnosti a obětem mimořádných událostí Policie ČR, je zde popsán jeho vývoj, vznik a také legislativní ukotvení. V dalších podkapitolách je vysvětlena forma poskytované pomoci, je zde popsána cílová skupina, personální zajištění systému, obecný model krizové intervence a úvodní kapitola je zakončena vyhodnocením činnosti systému pomoci obětem za období od poloviny roku 2010 do roku 2014. V následující kapitole je blíže vymezen krizový intervent Policie ČR. Jsou zde popsány osobnostní předpoklady, motivace, odbornost, psychická zátěž, a také důsledky pracovního vytížení v oblasti krizové intervence. Prožívání a psychohygiena se zaměřením na supervizi jsou popsány v závěru teoretické části práce. V praktické části se zabývám výzkumným šetřením, ve kterém se snažím zjistit, jak krizoví interventi prožívají krizovou práci a jak nahlížejí na svou psychohygienu a odbornost.

Abstract:

The present master´s thesis focuses on the personality of crisis intervention team members in the Police of the Czech Republic in the system of psychological support provided to victims of crime and extraordinary events. The initial chapter of the theoretical part delimits and discusses the system of psychological support for victims of crime and extraordinary events run by the Police of the Czech Republic, its development, formation and legislative background. The following sections expand on the forms of assistance provided, the target group characteristics, human resources management in the system, and a general model of crisis intervention. The initial chapter closes with evaluation of the system of victim support for the mid-2010 to 2014 period. In the subsequent chapter, the crises intervention team member is discussed in greater detail, with his/her personal prerequisites, motivation, professional skills, mental strain and the consequences of increased workload in crisis intervention activities. Psychological experience and mental hygiene by intervention specialists are explored in the concluding section of the theoretical part with an emphasis on supervision. In the empirical part, the author´s research is described with the aim of determining the ways crisis intervention team members experience their work, mental hygiene and professional skills.
