Detection of hyperdiploidy in patients with multiple myeloma using immunofluorescent staining of plasma cells and three-color interphase FISH technique
Abstract:
V předkládané práci uvádíme příklad využití imunofluorescenčního značení nádorových plazmatických buněk a techniky tříbarevné interfázní fluorescenční in situ hybridizace se specifickými DNA sondami pro chromozomy 5, 9 a 15 k detekci hyperdiploidních karyotypů u nemocných s mnohočetným myelomem.
Abstract:
We focus on the applications of immunofluorescent staining of tumor plasma cells and three-color interphase in situ hybridization with specific DNA probes for chromosome 5, 9, and 15 for the detection of hyperdiploidy in patients with multiple myeloma.
