Cieľom bakalárskej práce je poskytnúť prehľad práv a povinností príslušníkov PZ Slovenskej republiky tak, ako ich upravuje platná legislatíve ale aj na základe morálnych a etických noriem. Práca je rozdelená do štyroch kapitol, ktoré sú ďalej členené na podkapitoly. V prvej kapitole definujeme pojmy, ktoré považujeme z hľadiska témy našej práce za kľúčové.
