Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se věnuje tématu trestněprávní ochrany úředních osob. Práce obsahuje výčet úředních osob dle trestního zákona a historický vývoj této problematiky od roku 1918 po současnost. Těžiště práce spočívá v rozboru ustanovení trestního zákona, která jsou určena k ochraně úředních osob a porovnání s ustanoveními v sousedních státech: Slovensku, Polsku, Německu a Rakousku. This bachelor's thesis is focused on theme criminal law protection of persons in authori-ty. This thesis contains list of persons in authority in accordance with czech criminal law and historical development of this issues since 1918 up to the present.
