Diplomová práce vznikla po novele zákona o sociálně-právní ochraně, která mimo jiné upravuje pěstounkou péči. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. V teoretické části práce, se zabývám náhradní rodinnou péčí a jejími formami. Nejvíce jsem se věnovala pěstounské péči, jejím typům, dávkami, profesionalizaci pěstounské péče, jejími přínosy a riziky a možnosti nastavení služeb pro pěstouny. Zmiňuji se také …more

This Master?s thesis had been written after the Law on Social and Legal Protection of Chil-dren amendment was introduced. The thesis is divided into two parts. In theoretical part I describe the substitute child care and its forms.
