The legal mode of easements
Abstract:
Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na věcná břemena. První kapitola je věnována historii věcných břemen na území České republiky od počátku 18. století do roku 1991. Druhá kapitola teoreticky pojednává o významu věcných břemen. Věcným břemenům, s kterými se můžeme setkat v současnosti, je věnována stěžejní část práce, kde teoretické údaje jsou doplněny praxí. Závěrem je provedeno hodnocení celé práce.
Abstract:
The Bachelor thesis aims at easement. First chapter is devoted to the history of easement in CZ from the begining of 18th century to 1991. Second chapter theoretically deals with meaning of easement. Easement, in the kontext of prezent they world, form the main of this work. Theoretical data are accompanied by practise. The summary includes evaluation of the whole work.
