Cieľom práce je popísať a charakterizovať okolnosti vylučujúce protiprávnosť. Moju prácu som rozdelila do ôsmych kapitol, v ktorých som rozobrala jednotlivé okolnosti vylučujúce protiprávnosť v poradí v akom sú upravené v Trestnom zákone.
