Abstract:
Práce se zaměřuje na otázku sekvenování DNA metodami nové generace. V práci je uveden přehled těchto metod, jejich principy a možnosti uplatnění se zaměřením na potenciál pro forenzní analýzu.
Abstract:
The thesis is focused on next-generation DNA sequencing methods. The overview of these methods is given together with brief description of their principals. Theoretical potencial of these methods in application to forensic analysis is discussed and information about already implemented methods is involved.
