Entry of selected Czech company to the Bulgarian market

Abstract:

Tato práce se zaměřuje na formu vstupu konkrétní české akciové společnosti na bulharský železniční trh. Práce je rozdělena do čtyř kapitol. První se věnuje formám vstupu na zahraniční trhy, druhá kapitola pomocí SWOT a PEST analýz analyzuje bulharské prostředí. Třetí kapitola představuje konkrétní českou akciovou společnost, její vstupy na zahraniční trhy s důrazem na formu vstupu na bulharský trh. Čtvrtá kapitola nejdříve popisuje historii konkrétní české akciové společnosti na bulharském železničním trhu a poté nastiňuje nové možnosti spolupráce na bulharském trhu.

Abstract:

This thesis focuses on form of entry of specific czech stock company to bulgarian railway market. Thesis is divided into four chapters. First one deal with the forms of entry to foreign markets, the second chapter using SWOT and PEST analyses analyzes Bulgarian environment. The third chapter presents the concrete Czech stock company, its entrance to foreign markets with emphasis on the form of entry into the Bulgarian market. The fourth chapter describes the history of the concrete Czech stock company on the Bulgarian railway market and then outlines new possibilities of cooperation on the Bulgarian market.
