Design of aeration and dedusting storage silos

Abstract:

Diplomová práce na téma „Návrh provzdušnění a odprášení skladovacích sil“ se zabývá problematikou průmyslového odprášení skladovacích sil při jejich provzdušňování. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou část, která obsahuje obecný popis postupu při návrhu průmyslového odprášení a praktickou část, ve které je vytvořen reálný návrh řešení dané problematiky.V práci byla provedena analýza stávajícího stavu vybraného podniku, sestaven návrh části provzdušňování a odprášení skladovacích sil tohoto podniku a navržené řešení bylo za použití 3D softwaru implementováno do podnikových prostorů. Na závěr byly zhodnoceny investiční náklady na realizaci návrhu a zhodnocena ekonomika provozování.

Abstract:

The theme of this diploma thesis is aeration and dedusting of storage silos. The problematics in this thesis is industrial de-dusting of storage silos during their aeration. The thesis is divided into a theoretical part, which contains a general description of the procedure for the design of industrial dedusting and a practical part, in which a real proposal for solving the problem is created.An analysis of current state of the selected company was done in this thesis. A design of the aeration and dedusting of the storage silos of this company was compiled. The proposed solution was implemented into the company premises using 3D software. The investment costs of the design implementation and the economy of the operation were evaluated at the end of this thesis.
