Possibilities of Wine and Fish Dishes Pairing

Abstract:
Bakalářská práce na téma Možnosti párování vína s rybími pokrmy, má za cíl objevení role vín,jako doplňujícího produktu k rybím produktům. Práce je rozdělen do tří částí, teoretické, analytické a návrhové.V rámci analytické části byli použity dvě metody - senzorická metoda a dotazníkové šetření.
Abstract:
Batchelor's thesis Possibilities of Wine and Fish Dishes Pairing has aim of exploring the role of wine as a complementing product to fish dishes. Batchelor's thesis is divided into 3 parts, theoretical, analytical and recommendations. In the analytical part were two methods used - sensorical and questionnaire.
