Abstract:

Řízení procesů a personální situace ve společnosti má značný vliv na produktivitu zaměstnanců a zvyšování tržní hodnoty firmy. Práce je zaměřena na rozbor situace v konkrétní společnosti a nastavení nových pracovních procesů. Obsahem diplomové práce je vyhodnocení implementace vytvořených procesů do běžného chodu společnosti. V diplomové práci je provedeno zmapování lidských zdrojů a aktuální situace v personální oblasti firmy. Cílem práce je zavedení nového procesního systému do společnosti a zhodnocení celkového prospěchu jak pro vedení společnosti, tak pro zaměstnance.

Abstract:

Process management and staffing in the company have a significant impact on employee productivity and increase of market value. The work is focused on the analysis of the situation in a particular company and the setting up of new working processes. The content of theThesis is to evaluate the implementation of the created processes into the normal course of the company. In theThesis there is a mapping of human resources and the current situation in the personnels area of the company. The aim of the thesis is to introduce a new process system into society and to evaluate the overall benefit for both management and employees.
