Abstract:
Tato diplomová práce zpracovává unikátní data o pohybu ryb nasbíraných pomocí metody akustické telemetrie na jezeře Milada. Provádím experiment užití MS-GARCH modelů mimo finanční sféru, pomocí kterých určuji aktivní stav ryb, konkrétně vertikální aktivitu sumce Silurus glanis. Abstract:
In this master thesis I am processing unique position data regarding fish movement of wels Silurus glanis obtained by an acoustic telemetry system in lake Milada. Im conducting an experiment of using MS-GARCH models in non economic sphere to determine state of fish vertical activity.
