Adaptation of the company management to legislative changes of the environment in the wine sector

Abstract:

Cílem diplomové práce je zhodnotit dopady novely zákona o vinohradnictví a vinařství č. 26/2017 Sb. na prodejce s vínem po 2 letech její platnosti. Na základě analýzy sekundárních dat za pomocí PESTE analýzy a Porterova modelu 5 sil a analýzy kvantitativního a kvalitativního výzkumu byla navržena doporučení pro prodejce s vínem pro jejich další rozvoj. Dotazníkového šetření se zúčastnilo 65 prodejců s vínem a bylo provedeno 6 hloubkových rozhovorů. Z výzkumu vyplývá, že za účelem přizpůsobení se novým podmínkám prodeje sudového vína bylo pro prodejce s vínem nezbytné, vynaložit finanční prostředky do nových zařízení a navýšit cenu sudového vína. Ze strany prodejců je také negativně vnímáno nadměrné zatížení administrativními úkony. V důsledku zavedení novely také dochází k nadměrné tvorbě odpadu, kterýž vzniká z používání bag in boxů.

Abstract:

The aim of the diploma thesis is to evaluate the effects of the amendment to the Wine Law of Act no. 26/2017 Sb. to the wine seller after 2 years of its validity. Based on the analysis of secondary data using PESTE analysis and Porter's 5 forces model and the analysis of quantitative and qualitative research, recommendations were devised for wine retailers for their further development. 65 wine sellers took part in the questionnaire survey and 6 in-depth interviews were conducted. Research shows that in order to adapt to the new conditions for the sale of cask wine, it was necessary for wine sellers to spend money on new facilities and increase the price of cask wine. Excessive administrative burdens are also perceived negatively by sellers. As a result of the introduction of the amendment, there is also an excessive generation of waste arising from the use of bag in boxes.
