Zlepšení interní komunikace ve firmě

Abstract:
Bakalářská práce se zabývá efektivní vnitrofiremní komunikací, jakožto hybnou silou firmy. Tato práce se skládá ze dvou hlavních částí. V první části jsou uvedeny možné faktory ovlivňující efektivnost přenosu informací ve firmě. Ve druhé části je proveden průzkum ve firmě CoorsTek Advanced Materials Turnov, s. r. o. Dále jsou navržena doporučení pro zlepšení vnitrofiremní komunikace v této firmě.
Abstract:
This bachleor thesis deals about efficient internal communication as an impetus of companies. This thesis consists from two main parts. In the first part there is a description of factors which could affect efficiency of informacy transfer. In the second part there is a research in a company CoorsTek. There are suggestions how to improve internal communication in this company.
