Abstract:

ZACHEUS, Petra. Edukace u pacienta s feochromocytomem na interní ošetřovací jednotce. Vysoká škola zdravotnická, o.p.s. Stupeň kvalifikace: Bakalář (Bc.). Vedoucí práce: PhDr. Jana Hlinovská, Ph.D. Praha. 2021. Tématem bakalářské práce je Edukace u pacienta s feochromocytomem na interní ošetřovací jednotce. Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na dvě části, a to na teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část je tvořena z charakteristiky, etiologie a výskytu feochromocytomu, jsou zmíněny i nádorové syndromy spojené s feochromocytomem, jeho formy, klinický obraz, diagnostika, léčba, prognóza a prevence. Dále jsou uvedena základní specifika ošetřovatelské péče na interním i chirurgickém oddělení, nemoc jako náročná životní situace, role sestry, edukace a edukační proces. Praktická část je zaměřena na edukaci pacienta s feochromocytomem. Pacient je hospitalizován na interní ošetřovací jednotce, kde je kvalifikovaný personál pro péči o pacienty s tímto onemocněním. Edukace byla rozdělena do čtyř edukačních jednotek, které se zaměřují na diagnostické vyšetření jako holterovo monitorování krevního tlaku, specifická vyšetření z krve a moči, dále jsou vysvětlena specifika ošetřovatelské péče na interní ošetřovací jednotce a chirurgickém oddělení. V závěru bakalářské práce jsou formulována doporučení pro praxi. Výstupem práce je edukační brožura, která je vhodná pro všechny pacienty s diagnostikovaným feochromocytomem.

ZACHEUS, Petra. Education of the Patient with Pheochromocytoma at the Internal Department. Medical College. Degree: Bachelor (Bc.). Supervisor: PhDr. Jana Hlinovská, Ph.D. Prague. 2021. The topic of this bachelor’s thesis is the Education of the patient with pheochromocytoma at the internal department. The bachelor’s thesis is split into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part consists of characteristics, etiology and incidence pheochromocytoma, tumor syndromes connected with pheochromocytoma, its forms, clinical picture, diagnoses, therapy, prognosis and prevention. Nursing care at internal and surgical departments is also mentioned. The thesis is completed with information on topics like: disease as a difficult life situation, the role of the nurse, education and educational process. Practical part focuses on education of the patient with pheochromocytoma. The patient was hospitalized at the internal department, which is specialized in pheochromocytoma patients’ care. Education was divided into four educational units, which were focused at diagnosis examination like blood pressure measurement and specific examination from blood and urine, and also specifics of nursing care at the internal and surgical departments. Recommendations concerning practise are to be found in the conclusion of the Thesis. An outcome of the Thesis is an educational leaflet, which is appropriate for each patient with pheochromocytoma.
