Abstract:
Práce se zaměřuje na propojení české národní kybernetické bezpečnosti s požadavkem na regulaci kybernetických operací mezinárodním právem. Zvláštní část práce představuje vzorovou aplikaci vybraných norem ius ad bellum a ius in bello na kybernetické operace
Abstract:
The work aims to connect the Czech national cyber security with the application of international law on cyber operations. Part of the work is dedicated to model application of ius ad bellum and ius in bello norms on cyber operations.
