Abstract:
Diplomová práce je věnována nejvýznamnějším právním a etickým přístupům k problematice eutanázie. Cílem práce je přiblížit základní rozdíly mezi jednotlivými druhy eutanazie, asistovaného umírání celkově a poznat základní fakta o příslušné právní úpravě v České republice a ve vybraných zemích. Abstract:
The diploma thesis is dedicated to most important legal and ethical aspects to the issue of euthanasia. The aim of the thesis is to outline the basic differences between individual types of euthanasia, assisted dying in general and relevant legislation in the Czech Republic and in selected countries.
