Abstract:

Tato bakalářská práce se věnuje tématu menstruace a menstruačních pomůcek. Je členěna na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část se věnuje anatomii ženských pohlavních orgánů, fyziologii menstruačního cyklu společně s jeho poruchami a jednotlivým menstruačním pomůckám. Praktická část je zaměřena na anonymní dotazníkové šetření na téma menstruace a menstruační pomůcky. Sběr dat byl proveden kvantitativní metodou pomocí nestandardizovaného online dotazníkové šetření, které se zaměřovalo na dospělé menstruující ženy a zúčastnilo se ho 342 respondentek. Hlavním cílem tohoto průzkumu je zjištění, jaká menstruační pomůcka je nejpopulárnější a proč. Tohoto cíle bylo v této práci úspěšně dosaženo, dle výsledků průzkumu je u žen nepreferovanější pomůckou menstruační tampon z důvodu komfortu a hygieny. Zároveň z informací získaných v dotazníkovém šetření vyplývá, že většina žen si zaznamenává svůj menstruační cyklus, nejčastěji pomocí mobilní aplikace (58,7 %). V doporučení pro praxi je zde rozebrána problematika včasné edukace dívek a žen o druzích menstruačních pomůcek, zároveň se zde pojednává o snížení DPH na menstruační pomůcky.

Abstract:

This bachelor thesis is devoted to menstruation and menstrual hygiene products. The content is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part focuses on the anatomy of the female genital organs, the physiology of the menstrual cycle disorders of the menstrual cycle and individual menstrual hygiene products. The practical part focuses on anonymous questionnaire survey on the topic of menstruation and menstrual hygiene products. Data was collected using a quantative method using a non-standarized online questionnaire survey, which focused on adult menstruating women and was attended by 342 responders. This research aims to determine which menstrual product is the most popular and why. This goal was succesfully achieved in this thesis, according to the results of the survey, the menstrual tampon is the most preferred menstrual product among women due to comfort and hygiene. At the same time, the information obtained in the questionnaire survey shows most women keep record of their menstrual cycle, most often in the mobile app (58,7 %). The recommendation for practice discusses the issue of early education of girls and women about types of menstrual hygiene products, at the same time the reduction of DPH on menstrual hygiene products is discussed here.
