Abstract:
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou IT podpory cateringové společnosti. Cílem práce je identifikovat stav trhu s IT prostředky v této oblasti. V prvním kroku je definováno prostředí a jeho specifika. Dále je provedena analýza procesů pomocí metodiky MMABP a uvedena informační potřeba.
